Jesus said, "I will build my church!” (Matt. 16:18). Sometimes His church requires a centre for gathering, where in His work is done in us, and from which His work is done through us and in His world. Sometimes the church of Jesus Christ requires a physical building and supporting ministry space (parking lot, green space, etc.) to do His work effectively.
This website is my personal effort to contribute to raising funds to build physical spaces for local congregations of Jesus followers.
We're beginning with Okotoks Alliance Church, in a fast growing community, just south of Calgary, Alberta Canada — the local church I pastor.
The church of Jesus Christ is not bricks and mortar (nor vinyl siding or asphalt shingles! ;-), but the church often needs shelter from the elements, in order to meet. And there are a lot more people in our community that need the shelter of the church of Jesus Christ, so we’re going to do all we can to welcome them into this home!
Over the next month I will be releasing the first of a series of recordings of my compositions. They will come with invitations to purchase the songs from popular online sites, or make a donation to the OAC Capital Stewardship Campaign. More info will follow!
